According to Zhitong Finance App, Datang New Energy (01798) announced that the Group expects net profit attributable to owners of the parent company for the six months ending June 30, 2026 to be approximately RMB 675 million to RMB 705 million, a decrease of about 58% to 60% over the same period in 2025.

Net profit attributable to owners of parent companies is expected to decline compared to the same period of the previous year, mainly due to a combination of factors such as a year-on-year decline in wind resource levels in some regions in the first half of 2026, the consumption situation in some regions falling short of expectations, and fluctuations in electricity prices traded in the market.
