Ms. Huang Huifang has proposed to resign as an independent non-executive director in pursuit of her business career in other matters, effective August 31, 2026. Following her resignation, Ms. Wong Wai Fong will no longer serve as a member of the Board Review Committee, Board Remuneration Committee, and Board Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Zhao Ling will be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company and a member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee with effect from August 31, 2026.
