CICC Corporation (03908): The coupon interest rate for the public offering of short-term corporate bonds (first installment) to professional investors in 2026 is 1.49%

According to Zhitong Finance App, CICC (03908) announced that China International Finance Corporation's public offering of corporate bonds not exceeding 35 billion yuan (including 35 billion yuan) to professional investors has obtained the China Securities Regulatory Commission's “Approval to Register China International Finance Co., Ltd. to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors” (Securities Regulatory License [2026] No. 154). The bonds were underwritten by CITIC Construction Investment Securities Co., Ltd., Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., and Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Co., Ltd. Among them, China International Finance Co., Ltd. publicly issued short-term corporate bonds (the first issue) (hereinafter referred to as “current bonds”) to professional investors in 2026, divided into two categories, of which the amount issued for Type 1 was no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the total issuance amount for Type 2 bonds was no more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan); the total issuance amount of the current issue of Type 1 and Type 2 bonds Not more than 6 billion yuan (including 6 billion yuan).

On August 12, 2026, the lead underwriter made an offline inquiry for coupon interest rates from investors. According to the results of the offline investor inquiry, it was finally determined that the coupon interest rate for Type 1 of the current bond was 1.49%, and the coupon interest rate for Type 2 was 1.50%.
