The Work Safety Commission of Liaoning Province recently issued the “Notice of Investigation and Supervision of Major Production Safety Accidents”, disclosing that Jianping Xinlongtai Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. in Laoxidian Village, Wanshou Street, Jianping County, Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, a poisoning accident occurred at about 19:03 on August 5, resulting in 3 deaths. Relevant authorities in Jianping County confirmed on the 12th that the accident occurred while the company was operating a liquid reservoir valve near the septic tank. According to the “Measures for Listing and Supervising the Investigation and Punishment of Major Accidents in Liaoning Province”, the Liaoning Provincial Safety Commission decided to carry out listing and supervision of the investigation and prosecution of this major accident. Chaoyang City is required to promptly organize and carry out an accident investigation in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and rules, quickly investigate the cause of the accident, and study and submit opinions on handling in strict accordance with the requirements of the accident investigation regulations.
