Yili International (00585): Tan Wenkang has been appointed as an independent non-executive director

Zhitong Finance App News, Yili International (00585) announced that Mr. Tan Wenkang (Mr. Tan) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Company's Audit Committee and Nomination Committee, with effect from August 17, 2026.

The Board also announced the following changes in the composition of the board committees, all effective from August 17, 2026: (a) Mr. Han Xuyang (Mr. Han), executive director and chairman of the board of directors, was appointed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee; (b) Mr. Tan was appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee; and (c) Ms. Liu Jianyi (Ms. Liu), an independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as the respective Chairman of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, and will be reassigned as respective members of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.
