Huaxia Water Group (08401): Wang Ting was appointed as an independent non-executive director

According to Zhitong Finance App, Huaxia Water Group (08401) announced that Ms. Wang Ting has been appointed as an independent non-executive director with effect from August 12, 2026.

As a newly appointed independent non-executive director, Ms. Wang Ting has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination Committee respectively, as well as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. Yao Junrong, an independent non-executive director, is no longer the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and continues to be a member of the Remuneration Committee.
