The Zhitong Finance App learned that on August 12, a large-scale public welfare event for popular science pregnancy assistance, the launch meeting of the “100 Child-Friendly Cities Tour” was held at the Sichuan Jinxin Xinan Women's and Children's Hospital. Nearly 100 people attended the launch, including Lu Rong, general manager of Jinxin Group and co-CEO of Jinxin Fertility Group, Professor Duan Tao, a famous maternal and child expert, Xie Liwei, Secretary General of the China Maternal and Child Health Association Medical Consortium Construction and Development Branch, and Mao Hua, senior partner and managing director of Sullivan Consulting.

After the launch of the event at Sichuan Jinxin Women's and Children's Hospital, it will be held at Wuhan Jinxin Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, Yunnan Jinxin Jiuzhou Hospital, Yunnan Jinxin Wanjia Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital, and Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital.

The national strategy guides childbearing friendship and ushered in a period of policy opportunity
From the “Outline of the “Healthy China 2030” Plan, to the grand blueprint for “building a healthy China by 2035”, to the implementation of “Certain Measures to Accelerate the Improvement of the Maternity Support Policy System and Promote the Construction of a Fertility-Friendly Society”, the Healthy China Strategy is accelerating, and building a childbirth-friendly society is also being implemented rapidly. The National Health Commission said at its press conference in June of this year that in recent years, it has promoted the development of a full chain of high-quality maternal and child health services around “being able to conceive, have an excellent pregnancy, be born well, and be healthy.” The “National Health 15th Five-Year Plan” was also released in July, and maternal and child health and childbearing safety have received more attention and care.
However, in the vast majority of counties and villages, problems such as insufficient access to high-quality reproductive health care resources and the heavy burden of medical treatment for families in need still exist.
In this context, Jinxin Fertility, as a leading medical institution in the field of assisted reproduction in China, has a responsibility and obligation to contribute its part. Therefore, it has launched the “Family Friendly Tour to 100 Cities” project, which plans to invest 100 million yuan worth of resources over the next 3 years to open applications to needy and eligible families through “free IVF quotas” or “pregnancy assistance allowances.”

At the launch conference, 10 hospitals, including the Chengdu Jinjiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital and the Yibin Xingwen County Maternal and Child Health Hospital, jointly became the first batch of “100 Fertility-Friendly Cities Co-Construction Units” to work together to build a childbirth-friendly society.

According to reports, Jinxin Reproductive's “100 Fertility Friendly Cities Tour” will revolve around five major actions: “Big Experts Go Home” to organize authoritative experts to go deep into the county and township free consultations; the “Maternity Assistance Express” will provide “free test tube quotas” or “pregnancy assistance allowances” to poor families and other specific groups to make it easier to “get pregnant”; “New Technology at Home” will promote advanced assisted reproductive technology services to the grassroots level; while “specialist maternity and child co-construction units” help grass-roots hospitals improve the whole chain of maternal and child knowledge; “science salons” promote scientific pregnancy and child knowledge preparation Entering 10,000 families allows families to “get pregnant excellently”. According to the “2026 White Paper on the Development Status and Future Trends of China's Assisted Reproduction Industry” published by Frost & Sullivan, a world-renowned consulting firm, shows that based on the number of egg retrieval cycles in 2025, Jinxin Fertility is the largest integrated assisted reproduction service provider in China. Its Sichuan Jinxin Xinan Women's and Children's Hospital has the highest number of egg retrieval cycles in the West. Shenzhen Zhongshan Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital and Yunnan Xinjin Jiuzhou Hospital all rank at the top of the local market.
Public welfare activities stick to make more patients benefit all year round
The launch of this project is in line with Jinxin Group's long-standing commitment to the path of charity. Over the decades, Jinxin Group has continuously organized teams of doctors and experts to travel to high-altitude areas such as Ganzi, Aba, and Liangshan to assist local primary medical institutions and help infertility patients. Ten years ago, Jinxin's reproductive expert team assisted a local hospital in Tibet for 5 consecutive years to successfully overcome technical problems with IVF in high-altitude environments and help the birth of the first case of IVF in Tibet in Lhasa. Since 2016, dozens of Jinxin people have continuously assisted Luhuo County Maternal and Child Health Hospital to help it become a “Class II A Maternal and Child Health Hospital.”

“Keep going, really, really do public welfare.” Xu Jun said that in the future, he will use the “100 Childbirth-Friendly Cities Tour” as a starting point to work with partners to continue to help build a childbirth-friendly society and contribute to the construction of a healthy China.
