According to WHO notification data, the Ebola outbreak has reached 4,449 confirmed cases and 2,061 deaths. The outbreak spread across five provinces and 53 health regions. WHO is working with partners to consolidate resources to strengthen community surveillance, ensure that all suspected cases are treated, and that 95% contact tracing targets are met to stop the spread of the virus.
