The total investment of the project is 520 million yuan, and the construction period is three years. The core layout of the base consists of three categories: silicon carbide parts, high-purity silicon precision parts, aluminum nitride ceramic materials and supporting components, which are just needed consumables for advanced manufacturing processes such as chip etching and film deposition. After the base is put into operation, it can quickly expand the company's existing production capacity, serve nearby wafer manufacturers in central China, and shorten the delivery cycle.
