Continental Airlines Technology Holdings (00232) expects losses after tax to rise to no more than HK$105 million in the first half of the year

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Airlines Technology Holdings (00232) announced that the group expects losses after tax to rise to no more than HK$105 million in the first half of 2026, and profit after tax of about HK$64 million for the same period in 2025. The expected loss after tax is higher than the HK$70 million stated in the previous profit warning notice due to the estimated loss provision of approximately HK$38 million arising from the sale of the property and recalculation of the assets held for sale as described in the joint announcement. The provision is recorded on a prudential measurement basis in accordance with the Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards accounting standards.
