Hysan Development announced that for the six months ended June 30, 2026, turnover was HK$1,728 billion, a slight decrease of 0.1% over the previous year. Regular basic profit of HK$1,049 million, up 1.7% year on year; basic profit of HK$1,107 billion, up 7.4% year on year, mainly driven by fair value proceeds from the sale of residential units in Chuk Lam Yuen. Profit of HK$73 million was announced, down 2.7% year on year. Basic earnings per share were HK7 cents. The Board of Directors declared the first interim dividend of HK27 cents per share, the same as the previous year.
