Assistant Professor Xiao Ke of Nanjing University and Professor Tan Hairen's research group and Renshuo Light Energy's industrialization team developed a new surface passivation strategy based on lead carboxylate materials, successfully prepared perovskite photovoltaic modules with a certified efficiency of 22.0%, and passed the full IEC 61215/IEC 61730 reliability test. The research results were published online in the top international academic journal “Nature” on August 12, 2026 under the title “Lead Carboxylates Passivation for Meter-Scale Perovskite Solar Modules”.
