According to Dongfang Electric, recently, Dongfang Electric successfully won the bid for the “CGN Golmud 350 MW Photothermal Demonstration Project” steam turbine generator section of CGN Energy Development Co., Ltd., which will provide the project with a 350 MW sub-critical one-time reheating steam turbine generator set. The project is located in Golmud City, Qinghai Province. It is a key clean energy benchmark project in Qinghai Province. It is currently a photothermal power generation demonstration project with the largest stand-alone heat storage capacity and mirror field area in the world.
