Savills Posts Lower H1 Attributable Profit; Revenue Up

02:35 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Savills (SVS.L) said Thursday its attributable profit for the first half fell, while revenue rose year over year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company for the six months ended June 30 was 4.5 million pounds sterling, compared with 9.2 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.031 pound from 0.064 pound. The real estate services company's revenue was 1.23 billion pounds, compared with 1.13 billion pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.078 pound per share, payable Sept. 25 to shareholders on record Aug. 28. It paid 0.074 pound per share a year ago.
