The Revenue Authority of the Ministry of Finance of India issued Notice No. 20/2026-Customs, stating that it accepted India's Ministry of Commerce and Industry's affirmative final ruling on the first anti-dumping sunset review recommendation on phthalic anhydride originating in or imported from China and South Korea on May 7, 2026, and decided to continue levying anti-dumping duties for a period of 5 years, namely 40.08 US dollars/ton in China and 140.17 US dollars/ton in South Korea, respectively. The Indian customs code for the products involved is 29173500. The measures take effect from the date this notice is published in the official gazette.
