Zhitong Finance App News, Shanghai Jiahua (600315.SH) issued an announcement. The company recently received a notice from Mayborn USA Inc. (“subsidiary”), a wholly-owned overseas subsidiary. The subsidiary recently received a tax refund from the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Up to now, the subsidiary has received a total of 4.6636 million US dollars in return duties and interest (after deducting intermediary service fees), equivalent to approximately RMB 32.322 million, accounting for 12.08% of the company's most recent audited net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies. The above taxes are to be included in current profit and loss in 2026, without prior years' profit and loss adjustments.
