According to the announcement, the company is deeply involved in traffic management, optimizing operating strategies, and increasing package traffic expansion. At the same time, due to the conversion of old and new kinetic energy, market environment factors, and value-added tax policy adjustments, communication service revenue in the first half of the year was 35.4 billion yuan, a decrease of 5.7% over the previous year. Mobile customers reached 1,011 million, a net increase of 5.88 million; 5G network customers reached 687 million, a net increase of 44.74 million. Mobile internet traffic increased 16.0% year over year, and the growth rate increased significantly. The number of broadband Internet customers reached 337 million, a net increase of 7.7 million. The number of IoT card connections reached 1,511 million, a net increase of 29.58 million.
The company focused on building a solid foundation for the computing power service system, insisting on strengthening the mobile cloud brand and expanding the scale of the intelligent computing business. In the first half of the year, the revenue from computing power services reached 52.9 billion yuan, an increase of 14.0% over the previous year. The influence of mobile cloud has further increased, and the revenue scale of public cloud has entered the top three in the domestic industry for the first time. Data center revenue was 19 billion yuan, up 13.2% year on year. Among them, AIDC revenue increased 486.1% year on year, and core service capabilities such as agile delivery, computing collaboration, and advanced operation and maintenance were significantly enhanced. Revenue from intelligent computing services was 5.3 billion yuan, and the growth rate reached 130.1%, contributing 46.1% of the increase in revenue from computing power services. Revenue from cloud computing applications increased 5.9% year over year, with mobile cloud disk revenue up 14.1% year over year.
