Wanhua Media (00426): Zhang Yijia appointed as Executive Director

Zhitong Finance App News, Wanhua Media (00426) announced the retirement of Mr. Zhang Qiuchang. Due to his retirement, Mr. Zhang did not seek re-election at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company held on August 13, 2026. Mr. Zhang Qiuchang no longer holds the position of Executive Director, Vice Chairman of the Company, a member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, and an authorized representative of the Company under the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (Stock Exchange) securities listing rules, effective August 13, 2026.

Following the leave of Mr. Zhang Qiuchang, the Board of Directors announced that Ms. Zhang Yijia will be appointed as Executive Director, member of the Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee, and authorized representative with effect from August 14, 2026.
