According to the Zhitong Finance App, Ocean Group (03377) announced that the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, agreed sales volume for July 2026 was approximately RMB 850 million (same unit); the agreed sales floor area was about 61,300 square meters; and the average agreed sales price was about 13,900 yuan per square meter. From January 1 to July 31, 2026, the Group, together with its joint ventures and joint ventures, had a cumulative agreed sales volume of approximately RMB 8.99 billion; the cumulative agreed sales floor area was approximately 737,500 square meters; and the cumulative agreed average sales price was approximately RMB 12,200 per square meter.

The Group, together with its joint ventures and joint ventures, agreed sales for the contract construction project in July 2026 were about 260 million yuan; the agreed sales floor area was about 19,800 square meters; the average agreed sales price was about 13,000 yuan per square meter. From January 1 to July 31, 2026, the cumulative agreed sales volume of the Group and its joint ventures for construction projects was about 1.75 billion yuan; the cumulative agreed sales floor area was about 144,500 square meters; the cumulative agreed sales price was about 12,000 yuan per square meter.
