Haleon's US Subsidiary Launches $2 Billion Bond Offering

06:13 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Haleon's (HLN.L) Haleon US Capital launched and priced a $2 billion offering of senior fixed-rate notes, with settlement scheduled on Aug. 21, according to a Thursday release. The offering comprises three tranches: $600 million of notes with a coupon of 4.625% due 2029, $600 million of notes with a coupon of 4.875% due 2031 and $800 million of notes with a coupon of 5.375% due 2036. The British consumer healthcare company expects to use the proceeds to help repurchase some or all of its outstanding $2 billion 3.375% fixed-rate senior notes due March 2027, as well as for general corporate purposes.
