Acceler8 Ventures' Takeover of Intuitive Investments Group Becomes Effective

06:44 AM EDT, 08/13/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The scheme of arrangement for Acceler8 Ventures' (AC8.L) acquisition of Intuitive Investments Group (IIG.L) took effect on Thursday following the delivery of the court sanction order to the UK Registrar of Companies on the same day. Delisting of the British investment company's shares from the London bourse's specialist fund segment, cancellation of Acceler8's shares from the main market and the UK Financial Conduct Authority's Equity Shares (Shell Companies) category, as well as the subsequent admission of Acceler8's new share capital to the main market and Equity Shares (Commercial Companies) category, are all expected on Friday. Acceler8 purchased Intuitive Investments Group for 2.6797 new shares for each Intuitive Investments Group share held, valuing the asset's fully diluted share capital at 600 million pounds sterling.
