During the period, the operating conditions of Shenzhen Jichuang Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), a subsidiary of the Group, improved, and the Group accounted for approximately RMB 11.843 million in the profits of the associated companies; however, for the six months ended June 30, 2025, the Group had no share of the profit from any associated company; and

During the period, employee benefit expenses were reduced by approximately RMB4.148 million, and depreciation and amortization expenses were reduced by approximately RMB7.68 million, but this was partly offset by a reduction in gross profit of approximately RMB2.987 million and an increase in anticipated credit losses on financial and contract assets of approximately RMB5.59 million. Overall, these combined effects reduced operating losses by about RMB 3 million to RMB 3.5 million compared to the same period in 2025.
