According to the Inner Mongolia Daily, on August 13, Wang Weizhong, secretary of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Party Committee and director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress, and Bao Gang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of the Autonomous Region and chairman of the People's Government of the autonomous region, met with Ye Xiangdong, chairman of China Huadian Group Co., Ltd. and Xu Shubiao, general manager, in Hohhot, and witnessed the signing of the agreement together. Dai Qin, vice-chairman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Government, and Wu Jingkai, deputy general manager of China Huadian, signed a comprehensive and deepening strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of the two sides.
