Zhitong Finance App News, German Commercial Investment Service (02270) issued an announcement, estimating that the Group may have recorded revenue of about RMB 243 million to RMB 258 million for the six months ending June 30, 2026, with revenue of approximately RMB 228 million for the six months ending June 30, 2025, and that the Group may have recorded losses of approximately RMB 9.5 million to RMB 14.2 million during the reporting period due to company owners, while the profit due to company owners for the six months ended June 30, 2025 is approximately RMB 16.7 million.

These anticipated losses during the reporting period were mainly due to the Group actively promoting business transformation and upgrading, which had a negative impact of about RMB 12.9 million on the profit and loss that company owners should account for during the reporting period. At the same time, the Group's foreign-invested joint venture real estate development projects are still in the early stages and have not yet entered the centralized delivery and revenue carry-over period, causing investment losses in the current period.

Furthermore, due to the company's strategic development needs, shares implemented during the reporting period and in previous years were granted to confirm share payment fees in the current period. These fees are an important investment made by the Group to build long-term talent competitiveness, attract and deeply bind the core team.

The board of directors believes that the above profit fluctuations are mainly due to the Group's proactive and phased investment in strategic transformation and core talent team building, which is a reflection of normal accounting during the critical period of business development and does not change the basic logic of continuous normal development of the Group's main business and medium- to long-term value enhancement; as the transformation business is gradually implemented, the group's joint ventures enter a mature contribution period, and talent efficiency continues to be released, the supporting effect of related investment on performance will gradually become apparent.
