According to Zhitong Finance App, Hang Fu Holdings (00643) issued an announcement. On August 14, 2026 (after the trading period), the Company and the placement agent entered into the third supplementary letter to the placement agreement. The Company and the placement agent agreed to revise the placement price from HK$0.165 per placed share to HK$0.1800 per placed share (new placement price).

The Company has applied to the Stock Exchange to resume trading of shares on the Stock Exchange with effect from August 17, 2026.
