According to Zhitong Finance App News, China Building Materials (03323.HK) announced that on August 14, 2026, Sinoma Hi-Tech (a joint company of the company and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent company) signed this capital increase agreement and supplementary agreement with the company, Beijing Construction Materials (a subsidiary of the company), China Union Investment (a subsidiary of the parent company), and other Party B shareholders, Party C shareholders and Ding Fang shareholders. According to this capital increase agreement, the participating Party B shareholders, Party C shareholders and Ding Party shareholders agreed to increase the capital of Sinoma Hi-Tech in accordance with RMB 10.07 per share (capital can be invested in cash or equity prices). The total amount of capital increase is approximately RMB 98.34 million. After the capital increase is completed, Sinoma Hi-Tech's registered capital will increase from about RMB 503 million to approximately RMB 601 million. Sinoma Hi-Tech will continue to be an associated company of the company and an indirect non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the parent company.
