The CITIC Construction Investment Securities Real Estate Industry Weekly Report indicates that in the first week after the New Deal, new housing transactions in Beijing rose 5.1% month-on-month and second-hand housing transactions rose 9.8% month-on-month, and market performance was relatively good. There were a total of 5 residential land transactions in Beijing this week. Among them, the premium rate for the Shijingshan Apple Orchard plot reached 23%, and the premium rate for the Haidian Sijiqing plot reached 14%. The remaining 3 parcels were sold at reserve prices. The land auction market is clearly divided, and the scarce land resources in the core area still have strong resistance to decline and capital appeal during the adjustment cycle. Among the real estate companies that have acquired land, with the exception of the central government enterprises, the private enterprise Yinsheng from Liaoning entered Beijing to acquire land, and market confidence improved marginally.
