The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing released cold chain logistics operation data for the first half of the year today. Against the backdrop of a positive macroeconomic recovery and resilient growth in logistics operations, cold chain logistics maintained a steady development trend in the first half of the year. Cold chain consumer demand rebounded moderately, and the green and low-carbon transformation accelerated. Driven by factors such as growing demand for fresh e-commerce and urban distribution, and strong promotion of new energy policies, sales of new energy refrigerated vehicles continued to grow rapidly. Sales of new energy refrigerated vehicles in the first half of the year were 2,085 units, up 92.3% year on year, maintaining a rapid growth trend. The penetration rate of new energy refrigerated vehicles reached 48.2%, an increase of 12.4 percentage points over the same period last year. The penetration rate rose to 54.7% in the second quarter, surpassing traditional fuel models for the first time, and the greening process of cold chain transportation entered a stage of accelerated development.
