The setting up of an allowance for expected credit losses only reflects damage caused by non-payment of rental by the lessee. Impact on Financial position: As of 30 June 2026, the Fund recorded net assets amounting to Baht 578.96 million decreasing 0.52 percent when compared to as 31 December 2025. Impact on comprehensive income: As a result, the Fund has a decrease in operating assets amounting to Baht 8.38 million from the setting up of an allowance for expected credit losses amounting to Baht 9.00 million. Corrective and Preventive Measures to Avoid Recurrence of Similar Event : The Fund has been monitoring the performance of the hotel monthly and has been in contact with lessee to continuously pay rental on time according to the lease agreement. Opinion of the Trust Manager/Management Company on the reasonableness of past transactions : The Management Company considers that the setting of an allowance for expected credit losses reflects the damage that may occur to the Fund's operating. Opinion of the Trust Manager/Management Company on the Adequacy of Current Measures : The Fund has taken legal action by filing a lawsuit against the lessee with the Civil court for breach of lease agreement on June 9, 2026 by forcing the lessee to pay all outstanding unpaid rent with default interest for full amount. Current Progress Status : Under Rectification Remark : The Fund filed a lawsuit against the Lessee with the Civil court for failure to pay rental under lease agreement for the amounting of Baht 9.0 million.
