Zhongnan Culture announced that on top of the original acquisition of 57.30% of Sulong Thermal Power's shares, the company purchased 50.00% of Jiangyin Thermal Power's shares and included 50.00% of Jiangyin Thermal Power's shares in the scope of this major asset restructuring transaction. After the acquisition was completed, Sulong Thermal Power and Jiangyin Thermal Power all became subsidiaries controlled by the company. Trading of the company's shares has been suspended since the opening of the market on August 17, 2026, and it is expected that the changed trading plan will be disclosed within no more than 5 trading days.
