Defence Holdings to Invest GBP2 Million in UK's Defense Fund

The fund would invest in private defense-focused companies, taking minority equity holdings in pre-seed and seed rounds between 250,000 pounds and 1 million pounds. It also intends to apply for UK public-backed capital participation in defense fund investments. Apart from the British technology-led defense group, the fund is in talks with five other companies for potential investments. Initial due diligence is ongoing, with investment terms to be agreed within the next two to three months.
