With the initial funding goal oversubscribed, the gold exploration and development company is accepting final interest up to the 1.3 million-pound upper cap, according to a Monday filing. The placement at 0.08 pound apiece is expected to close in the coming week, after which Conroy will seek to list the new shares on the London stock exchange's AIM segment.
