Andrada Mining Unit Agrees NA$98 Million Loan Facilities to Upgrade Uis Mine in Namibia

03:18 AM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Andrada Mining (ATM.L) subsidiary Uis Tin Mining Co. signed definitive agreements for loan facilities totaling NA$98 million. The agreements were signed with Bank Windhoek and the Development Bank of Namibia, according to a Monday filing. The 10-year facilities fulfil the subsidiary's funding needs for the planned operational upgrades at the Uis tin mine in Namibia. The funds will be used to construct and commission the ore-sorting circuit at the mine, which is expected to boost tin concentrate output by 50% to 70% to 2,500 tonnes to 3,000 tonnes per annum, resulting in between 1,500 tonnes and 1,900 tonnes per annum of contained tin.
