The position of Parliament is clear and unequivocal in the Constitution, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs believes that it is obligated to cooperate with Parliament as necessary in all legislative processes.” He said that Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has previously submitted professional opinions on the relevant bill.
