ECR Minerals Enters Deal for Joint Development of Creswick Gold Project in Australia

04:21 AM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ECR Minerals (ECR.L) said Monday it executed agreements with Australian exploration company Bold Gold Resources concerning the joint development of the Creswick gold project in Australia. Through ECR Minerals (Australia), the Australia-focused gold exploration and development company agreed to the potential sale to Bold Gold of up to 80% of the project in exchange for an investment of up to AU$3 million. The investment will be carried out in a staged earn-in structure, with the initial commitment of AU$250,000 expected within an initial 12-month option period. Bold Gold may secure a 51% interest in the project subject to spending another AU$1.0 million over the next two years, and further increase its interest to 80%, subject to spending an additional AU$1.8 million within two years after the initial option period.
