Huaying Construction (01582) subsidiary won the contract amount of about HK$2.5 billion for a public housing project in Tung Chung, Hong Kong

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Huaying Construction (01582) announced that Huaying Construction Co., Ltd., an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, has signed a notice of winning the bid involving the Hong Kong Housing Department awarding a major construction contract for a public housing development project in Tung Chung, New Territories, Hong Kong. The contract amount is about HK$2.5 billion. According to this, the Group will act as the main contractor to provide the building construction project. Currently, it is expected that the aforementioned project will begin in early October 2026.
