CICC: Hang Seng Technology Index plans to expand, Ningde Era (03750) and Chuangke Industrial (00669) are expected to be selected

The Zhitong Finance App learned that CICC released a research report saying that the Hang Seng Technology Index revised plan earlier. The suggestions included increasing the number of constituent stocks to 50, expanding the scope of technology topics in the index, and adjusting the selection mechanism for constituent stocks. The consultation period ended on September 18.

According to the report, in the market capitalization group and growth group, hard technology dominates; it is expected that out of the 50 divisions that meet the criteria for inclusion in the Science Index, the adjusted theme distribution will be 15 advanced manufacturing, 14 digital platforms and solutions, 12 robotics and automation, 6 artificial intelligence, and 3 clouds.

The bank mentioned that in terms of market capitalization groups, including Ningde Times (03750), Chuangke Industrial (00669), Tianshu Zhixin (09903), Jiantao Laminate (01888), WDS (09698), Bijiao Technology (06082), Ruisheng Technology (02018), Premium Choice (09880), Kingdee International (00268), and ASMPT (00522) are expected to be selected.
