CNOOC Engineering (600583.SH) announced semi-annual results. Net profit attributable to mother was 1,091 billion yuan, down 0.64% year on year

According to Zhitong Finance App News, CNOOC Engineering (600583.SH) disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 12.384 billion yuan, an increase of 9.42%; net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies was 1,091 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 0.64%; deducted non-net profit of 880 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 8.28%; and basic earnings per share were 0.25 yuan.

The company continues to promote domestic and foreign engineering construction. In the first half of 2026, 64 projects above scale were implemented, 9 of which were completed. The land construction of 30 conduit racks and 13 blocks, the offshore installation of 16 conduit racks and 9 blocks, and the laying of 241.40 km of submarine pipelines and 31.60 km of submarine cables were completed. The construction business completed processing volume of 179,200 tons of steel, a year-on-year decrease of 5.40%; 11,500 shipping days were invested in offshore operations such as installation, an increase of 0.68% over the previous year.
