In the second quarter, the occupancy rate for all active HWI hotels was 70.5%, compared to 74.0% in the second quarter of 2025, compared to 63.3% in the previous quarter. In the first half of 2026, Huazhu Group's revenue was 13.1 billion yuan, an increase of 11.0% over the first half of 2025. The Board of Directors declared a total ordinary cash dividend of approximately $275 million, or $0.087 per common share, or $0.87 per share of American Depositary Shares.
