Jinli Group (03919) completed the issuance of 6.492 million subscription shares to raise approximately HK$4.1 million

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Jinli Group (03919) announced that it was completed on August 17, 2026. According to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreement, the subscribers have subscribed and the Company has allocated and issued 6.492 million subscribed shares at HK$0.65 per share, which is equivalent to: (i) the Company's existing issued share capital before completion; and (ii) approximately 14.3% of the Company's issued share capital after the expansion of the allotted and subscribed shares.

After completion, the subscriber will become the main shareholder and related person of the Company.

The total amount of proceeds from the subscription process and the net proceeds were approximately HK$4.2 million and HK$4.1 million respectively. The Company will use the net proceeds from the subscription as follows: (i) HK$3.3 million (approximately 80%) to repay the Group's bank financing due in the next six months; and (ii) HK$800,000 (approximately 20%) for the Group's general working capital.
