According to the Zhitong Finance App, McPharmaceutical-B (02335) issued an announcement. The research results on XTL6001, one of the Group's main products, have been accepted for presentation at several top internationally recognized academic conferences in the fields of diabetes, metabolic diseases and kidney disease. Following the ADA's initial report, further analysis will be presented at upcoming EASD and ASN annual meetings.
Two research abstracts relating to XTL6001 were accepted for presentation at the 62nd Annual Meeting of the European Association for the Study of Diabetes (EASD 2026). The study entitled “XTL6001: A Novel MasR/GCGR/GLP-1R Tri-Target Agonist for Weight Loss and Treatment of Obesity-Related Complications (XTL6001: A Novel Triple MasR/ GCGR/GLP-1R agonist for weight loss and obesity-related complications)” has been selected for the study entitled “Future Obesity Therapy (Future Obesity Therapy in Future Human Trials)” An oral presentation was given at the conference session entitled “XTL6001: A Novel Masr/GCGR/GLP-1r Tri-Target Agonist for Chronic Kidney Disease/Diabetic Nephropathy with Proteinuria and Hyperuricemia (XTL6001: a novel triple masr/GCGR/GLP-1r agonist for chronic kidney disease/diabetic nephropathy (: a novel triple masr/GCGR/GLP-1r agonist for chronic kidney disease/diabetic nephropathy) The study “Kidney Disease with Proteinuria and Hyperuricaemia)” was selected as a short oral discussion report; and
A research abstract entitled “XTL6001: A Novel Triple MasR/gcGR/GLP-1 Tri-Target Agonist for Hyperuricemic Nephropathy (XTL6001: A Novel Triple MasR/gcGR/GLP-1 Receptor Agonist for Hyperuricemic Nephropathy)” was accepted for the 2026 American Society of Nephrology Kidney Week (ASN Kidney Week 2026) entitled A poster presentation was presented during the conference session “CKD: Mechanisms of Injury and Fibrosis-1 (CKD: Mechanisms of Injury and Fibrosis-1)”.
The Company believes that after the research results on XTL6001 were reported in ADA 2026, these research results were later selected to present an oral report on weight management and CKD/DKD at EASD 2026, as well as a poster presentation on the field of hyperuricemia nephropathy at ASN Kidney Week 2026, which is another important milestone in the development of XTL6001. The XTL6001 study was selected to present at major international conferences in the field of diabetes/metabolism and nephrology, further highlighting its differentiated development profile beyond weight management, and the potential renal protective effects of its innovative GLP-1r/GCGR/MasR three-target mechanism, which distinguishes XTL6001 from traditional GLP-1 based therapies.
