The reason for the freeze was a related pledge contract dispute. After this freeze, Wang Ruiqing, Li Wen, and Li Xuan, the company's co-actual controllers, had a total of 1.032,300 shares frozen, accounting for 21.40% of their shares and 8.45% of the company's total share capital. Currently, this matter has not had a significant adverse impact on the company's controlling rights or daily operations, and there is no risk of change in control.
