ST Tongde announced that recently, the company's holding subsidiary and Detong signed a “pledge guarantee contract” with SME to pledge 27.2727% of their shares in Zhongwu Chain Control to the other party, providing additional guarantees for the remaining 2.6 million yuan of loans. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, the total guarantee amount of the company and its holding subsidiaries was $3.0 billion, with an actual guarantee balance of $1,720 million, accounting for 189.41% of the latest audited net assets. Of this, the guarantee balance corresponding to overdue debts was $703 million, and the guarantee amount to be borne in connection with litigation and loss of litigation was $568 million.
