Rifeng Co., Ltd. announced that the company plans to increase the capital of its wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Rifeng New Materials Co., Ltd. by 150 million yuan using its own or self-raised capital. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Rifeng New Materials will increase from 50 million yuan to 200 million yuan, and the company still holds 100% of its shares. The capital increase was reviewed and approved by the fourth meeting of the sixth board of directors of the company. It still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for review. In the future, it also needs to be submitted to the Market Supervision Administration where Rifeng New Materials is located for approval and registration. This capital increase provides land use, plant and infrastructure support conditions for the 300-ton optical fiber prefabricated rod and 10 million core kilometer optical fiber project. It does not constitute a related transaction or major asset restructuring.
