08:48 AM EDT, 08/17/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Berenberg increased the price target for Lotus Bakeries (LOTB.BR) to 11,180 euros from 10,141 euros, noting that the Belgian snacking company's reported revenue growth in the first half surpassed consensus expectations across most of its geographies. "Lotus Bakeries' flagship brand, Biscoff, continued to be its primary growth engine in H126, delivering c20% volume growth. This performance drove the group's overall organic growth of c16% - a beat fuelled by a c14% yoy increase in volumes. Following stronger-than-expected capacity utilisation at its new plant in Thailand, Lotus Bakeries announced a EUR500m capex investment plan for 2026-2030, which is the largest single investment in the company's history," analysts said in a note published Monday. "In our view, the stock's current valuation at 49x P/E, a 35% premium to its 10-year average, reflects these strong underlying trends and the potential upside from ongoing brand partnerships." The research firm also raised its growth forecasts to reflect the positive trends, including a 3.9% and 10.9% increase in 2026 sales and EPS projections, respectively. For 2027 and 2028, the estimates for both metrics were lifted as well. The hold recommendation on the stock was retained.
