China Building Materials (03323) plans to issue no more than 2 billion yuan of science and technology innovation company bonds

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China Building Materials (03323) announced that in 2026, China Building Materials Co., Ltd. will publicly issue Science and Technology Innovation Company Bonds (Phase 5) (hereinafter referred to as “Current Bonds”) to professional investors as the seventh installment of this bond, with an issuance scale of no more than 2 billion yuan (including 2 billion yuan). The current bond is intended to be publicly issued to professional institutional investors and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The current bond type 1 bond is abbreviated as Building Materials K25, and the bond code is 245903.SH; the Type 2 bond is abbreviated as Building Materials K26, and the bond code is 245904.SH.

Type 1 of the current bond is a 3-year fixed interest rate bond, and type 2 is a 5-year fixed interest rate bond. The issuer and bookkeeping manager will decide whether to exercise the inter-type rebate option based on the current bond issuance and subscription situation, and within the total issuance scale, the issuer and bookkeeping manager will decide whether to exercise the inter-type rebate option, that is, reduce the issuance scale of one type, and at the same time increase the issuance scale of the other type by the same amount. The maximum loan amount for a single type shall not exceed 100% of its maximum issuable scale.

The current bond type 1 coupon interest rate bookkeeping filing range is 1.20% - 2.20% (including upper and lower limits), and the category 2 coupon interest rate bookkeeping filing range is 1.30% - 2.30% (including upper and lower limits). The final coupon interest rate will be determined by the issuer and lead underwriter through bookkeeping and filing in accordance with relevant national regulations. The issuer and lead underwriter will conduct a bookkeeping inquiry from professional institutional investors on August 18, 2026 (T-1), and determine the final coupon interest rate for the current bond based on the inquiry results.
