Musi International (00130): An independent non-executive director was summoned

According to the Zhitong Finance App, Mushi International (00130) issued an announcement. The company received a notice from Ms. Wu Liwen, an independent non-executive director of the company, and the Magistrates' Court issued a subpoena to the individual in accordance with the Magistrates Ordinance, Chapter 227 of the Hong Kong Laws. According to the company's knowledge, the case concerned a licensed corporation with Ms Wu as a director. For the avoidance of doubt, the Group has no relationship with the above licensed corporation, and as far as the company knows, the case is Ms. Wu's own personal matter.

The company's board of directors has assessed the situation and believes that the case will not have any impact on the Group's operations and financial situation, nor on Ms. Wu's performance of her duties as an independent non-executive director of the company. As of the date of this announcement, Ms. Wu remains an independent non-executive director of the company.
