During the reporting period, the company achieved operating income of 1,864 billion yuan, an increase of 91.37%; net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies of 612 million yuan, an increase over the previous year; net profit loss attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring gains and losses of 622 million yuan, an increase over the previous year; and basic earnings per share - 1.16 yuan.

By the end of June 2026, the company's on-hand orders reached 12.449 billion yuan, a sharp increase of 142.52% from 5.133 billion yuan at the end of the first quarter, and has remained high for 11 consecutive quarters. Among the orders in hand as of the end of June 2026, the mass production service business orders exceeded 10 billion yuan. The scale effect of mass production services is remarkable. The continuous transformation of orders will lay a solid foundation for the gradual increase in the company's future profitability. Of the orders in hand as of the end of June 2026, more than 83% were orders in the field of data processing applications, mainly from AIASIC.

In the first half of 2026, the company achieved IP license revenue of 293 million yuan, an increase of 4.32% over the previous year; achieved IP royalty revenue of 56 million yuan, an increase of 10.85% over the previous year. Among VeriSilicon's core processor IP-related revenue, graphics processing IP, neural network processing IP, and video processing IP account for relatively high revenue. These three types of IP account for a total of nearly 60% of semiconductor IP licensing service revenue (including IP license fee revenue and IP royalty revenue) in the first half of 2026. These IPs have been widely adopted by many well-known companies at home and abroad, and have played an important role in various application fields.
