According to the Zhitong Finance App, Sinopec Guande (00934) announced its 2026 interim results, with revenue of about HK$353 million, up 14.96% year on year; profit attributable to the company's equity holders was about HK$386 million, a year-on-year decrease of 31.4%; profit per share was 15.55 HK cents, with an interim cash dividend of HK10 cents per share.

According to the announcement, the increase in earnings was mainly due to the Group's inclusion of Tangshan Caofeidian Shihua Crude Oil Terminal Co., Ltd. in the scope of the consolidated statement. The decline in profit was mainly due to a decline in investment income for domestic terminal companies and Fujairah.
