Starting August 17, 2026: (i) Mr. Fu Tao, executive director, was appointed as Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Executive Committee; (ii) Mr. Yao Xiang, executive director, was appointed as the CEO of the company; (iii) Mr. Yang Wei, executive director, was appointed as the respective chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee and the Pricing Committee; (iv) Executive Director Ms. Zhou Shuli was appointed as a member of the Executive Committee.
